FAQ - Review Alerts

Q: Can I have email alerts go to a different email address than my account email?
A: No.  At this time, all email alerts can only be sent to the account email that you signed up with.  However, you can probably set up automated forwarding through your email provider.

Q: Is there a limit to how many products I can track?
A: Depending on which plan you are on, yes.  The Business plan offers 100 review alerts.  The Enterprise plan offers 300, and the Ultimate plan offers 2,000.

Q: How can I change the threshold of reviews?
A: Under "Email Alert Preferences," check the boxes for 1 Star, 2 Star, 3 Star etc.  to manage which alerts you receive.  For example if you check 1 Star and 2 Star, you will only receive email alerts for reviews of 2 stars or less.

Q: Can I export these results?
A: Yes.  By clicking "Download CSV" at the top of the main page, we can download an Excel-friendly file for you to see offline or print.
