Refunds & Payments

When signing up for AMZShark we do ask for your credit card details up front for security reasons.  The first month is currently free of charge.  After the first 30 days are up, our payment processing system will automatically bill your card on file for your second month's subscription.

You might see a $10 hold on your account from AMZShark when you sign up.  Please note that this is just a "test charge" to make sure your card details are legitimate.  We do not take these $10 funds, they are simply placed on hold in your bank account temporarily.  The $10 will be available again within 2-3 business days.

Cancellation is a simple process - just send an email request to cancellations@amzshark.com and someone will be in touch within 3 business days.

We use Stripe as our secure payment processor.

If you wish to change the credit card linked your account, you can do this on the website under "Account Plan" or by visiting amzshark.com/user/card/switch.

We do not accept prepaid cards, only debit or credit at this time.
