Q: Do you offer a free trial?
A: No, we do not offer use of our system for free before signing up.

Q: What payment service does AMZShark use?
A: We proudly use Stripe, a safe and simple payment processing system.

Q: I've received an email saying my payment keeps failing.  What can I do?
A: This is likely because you are using a prepaid card, or one that has insufficient funds.  Sometimes a user's bank account may flag our direct debits as potential fraud.  Your first step would be to check with your bank.  The next step would be to go into your Account Plan settings and enter a different credit card.

Q: Do you accept prepaid credit cards?
A: No, we do not accept any form of prepaid cards.  We do accept debit or credit cards.

Q: How do I change my account password?
A: Click your email address on the top right-hand side of any AMZShark page.  Select "Change Password" from the dropdown menu. 

Q: I'm locked out of my account.  Help!
A: Send us an email at hello@amzshark.com and we'll be happy to reset your password for you.

Q: How do I change my account email address?
A: This cannot be done through the website, but you can email us at hello@amzshark.com to request an email change.

Q: How do I change the credit card linked to my account?
A: Click your email address on the top right-hand side of any AMZShark page.  Select "Account Plan" from the dropdown menu.  Scroll down until you see the "Update Credit Card" button.

Q: How do I change my subscription plan?
A: Click your email address on the top right-hand side of any AMZShark page.  Select "Account Plan" from the dropdown menu.  Click which plan you would like to switch to.  You can ask for help using the chat feature, or by emailing hello@amzshark.com

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: Send an email request to cancellations@amzshark.com.  Someone will respond within 1 business day.

Q: I am dissatisfied with this service.  What is your refund policy?
A: We offer a 30-day money back guarantee starting on the day you create your account.  This offer is null after the first 30 days have passed and we do not offer refunds beyond that date.
